Issue: When playing singleplayer/skirmish you get one player extra in the game.

When you open Skirmish. And for example you select 2 players, you start the game, and you have three players.
Sometimes your god is different, and the extra player has your selected god.

Hi, I have the same problem on Windows 11, steam version. Build Number: 15530485. I have reinstalled the game and the bug persists.
Happen on this build as well. Started happening after I hosted a multiplayer savegame that crashed on loading.
Here is a screenshot of 12 players lobby in skirmish but showing only 11 player.
After further investigation, loading a savegame can fix the menu. @JuryMusic777863 @afareiza15
In my case, I have issue with classical age up on top where I just can’t age up…
That is strange, that loading a save game can fix the game lol. That is really weird.
Then maybe its an UI problem.
Yea i also can’t age up in singleplayer. The button just isn’t showing.

Skirmish is unplayable with no age up button. When is the next patch?
I have the same problem at xbox s. Invisible player and no age up. Have send a file but i did not get a respond.
I also had the problem on pc with Xbox pc game pass, with bugged number of players and beeing not able to age up. I was able to solve the bug with player numbers by clicking on non-standard scenario and back. With age up i also managed to solve it by going into C/Users/“your name”/Games/Age of Mythology Retold, than into folder named with bunch of numbers, above folder named “temp”. In “users” i opened file “UserProfile.xml” in program Visual Studio Code. Than in section: <gamesettings name="RandomMapGameSettings"def=“cDefGameModeSettings”> i edited < setting name=“gameendingage”>4< /setting > from 0 to 4. It was set to 0 which is incorrect. For now it works.
