Siege dance is fine, it requires 25 villagers for full effect, that’s not really possible until late fortress/industrial age.
The siege problem was solved when mortars were added to these civilizations. I think the main problem in this civilization is late game economics.
So they don’t need as much onification at the stake. This can be reduced.
The mortar only fixed imperial age stuff. Until then the siege dance is still needed.

Lakotas are in one good spot now, not like on legacy. Teepes, mortars, wakinas and bow riders should do the job. Siege dance is rarely needed and resources arent an issue if you have the bisons cards
