Since the beginning oof this season, i lost almost 200pts of elo cumulated cause of
- crash in loading (from teammates)
- crash in game (complete freeze, like the one in the Steelseries tournament)
- desynch of the game after victory (no ranked points earn)
- server DC ingame (with no reco possible)
SO, is there is anything comming to compensate this troll situation or do we have to go to Stormgate or any other game more modern and stable ?
This is not serious, how you can even call this a ranked mode, competitive, with that amount of bugs caused by a weak infra and known bugs that pollute ?
I love AOE but season after season the things does not goes well on the infra side. We get the same issues again and again …
People are getting mad of this …

I did not experience that much connection issue since I bought the game. However, recently, I cannot join multiplayer game. I did not dodge any game either. I informed the support, provided a video and a screenshot of the issue. Now, waiting a reply.

Im with the same problem. In Steam and xbox app.
I can play multiplayer now. I asked for help from the support, although I received a nice reply, but the suggestions did not help. So, I tried my own. It seems if in your settings > Online> cross-play is turned off, multi-player will not work. Sometimes, the server you are joining can have problems, changing that might help. If you are playing with people live far far away, other side of the world then you need to join the same server as them. See if it helps.
