Settler has no sounds for Inca

The European Settler has sounds for every civ except the Inca. This means Settlers given to the Inca through treasures, team cards or Sequoyah’s Cherokee Syllabary have no sound.

They also can’t build all the same buildings as Incan Villagers even though they look identical.
