On the Italian wars map, if you garrison settlers in a city tower, they can become trapped, unable to be ungarrisoned, and will disappear if the city tower is deleted (like if they were on a ship that was sunk).

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play on the Italian wars map
  2. Capture a native TP slot
  3. Build a city tower
  4. Garrison settlers in the city tower
  5. Attempt to ungarrison the settlers
  6. Observe they do not ungarrison
  7. Delete the city tower
  8. Observe the garrisoned settlers disappeared

Settlers garrisoned in city towers should be able to ungarrison and should not disappear if the tower is deleted.
