Shift-queue doesn't work with trebs

When shift queue tasking a treb to attack another building than the current one, it will immediately attack that building if it is in range, or if that building isn’t in range, the treb will immediately pack up and move to attack that building.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Select a treb
  2. Task that treb to attack a building
  3. Now right-click with shift on another building

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

The treb should destroy the building it is currently attacking first and then move on to another.
