To allow shinobi :ninja: landmark to be used past feudal, make the shinobi production time reduce with the amount of shinobi already in the field. Sort of the effect of ninjas training more ninjas

I think not creation bonus but a good move speed bonus is needed for them.

I’d give them a unique tech in castle or something to extend their viability.

Maybe that like the changes of JoanDArc companions (barrack and staples), Mali Mansa units and Khan Hunters:

“The new unit (Shinobi) should be produced in Barracks from Castle age (III) if Unlocked?”

At least that way they could be amassed faster.
