The attack power of Chinese Keep’s handcannon is 50, and the Springald is only 40. The handcannon is almost equivalent to a 70% power cannon, which is not true. The attack power of the handcannon should be reduced to 25, and reduce attack interval by half, which is more reasonable.
Sounds like a big nerf to China.
The handcannon for Outposts is already significantly weaker. This seems unnecessary.

But the attack interval has been halved. It used to be 50 attack power every 3.12 seconds. Now it is 25 attack power every 1.62 seconds
That still makes it much worse against high armor units.
