Siege Engineers reseach effect is giving a ton of bonus damage against buildings to Scorpions (maybe to the other siege units too?)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1- Research Siege Engineers;
2- Make a Scorpion/Heavy Scorpion
3 - Try attacking any building with it, check the extremely high damage (from the usual ~20 damage to over 100 damage).

EXPECTED RESULT

Way lower damage bonus than that.
