why not try to improve a little instead of ruining the balance of the game so you win every time?
this reminds me of what i used to do when i was 13, i’d play the hardest difficulty, and then when i was getting my bottom kicked by the Ai i’d spam cobra cars to “win” as if i was doing something great! lmao take that stupid Ai! 
I did this two years ago when I was 29. Man, that HD Hard difficulty was really something.
This is also what I would do. But I see no problem in having everyone play the way they want with the mods they want as long as it is not on the ladder and he is not asking to remove siege globally in the game.
If you are fine still having rams, there is a mod disabling ranged land siege units.
