Why are the unique technologies not available in normal off-line single player games. When you look at each civilization before you play, they describe them and you think awesome! Not so awesome because you can’t access them. Don’t list them when I look at potential civilizations if they are not available, not f’n rocket science. I’m very disappointed in the creators of this game because they don’t have a clue. If it’s not available for use, don’t act like it’s is. The handlers of this game have a long way to go.
Are you saying about the unique techs in castle? You can use them in single play normally.

Yes, they simply don’t appear at the castle for me. This is not scenario, just playing the computer with another AI ally and two opponents.
Single player, they are there in the campaign.
Do you have “Full Tech Tree” enabled? If so, Unique Technologies get disabled.
