Sky in Ottoman Home City is weird.

I’ve been suffering from this symptom for over a year. From the first time I turned on DE until now, the sky of otoman is strange. There is no problem with other countries’ home cities. Only otoman Home City has a strange sky color. Please help me with how I can solve this problem. (It’s the same even if I replace my computer.)

In the original version, it was blue sky. But in DE, there is a yellow watercolor sky.
