Issue:

The Sky Lanterns created by Chinese Pioneer heroes can convert herdable animals when they float over them, unlike all other flying units in the game.

Trigger Event:

Sky Lantern flies over a herdable

Repro Steps:

  1. Play Chinese
  2. Create a Sky Lantern from your Pioneer
  3. Fly the Sky Lantern over a herdable animal

I guess it is intended, but I hope the devs will clarify their intention.

Yeah maybe. It seems like a bug, because no other flying unit, even the other scout that can fly (Pegasus), is capable of converting animals. But if it is intended, it’d be great if the devs could be forthright about that and let us know.

I think this is intended, otherwise China would be a lot worse at gathering herdables.
