What the hell is this hotfix. Bad solution, more problems and it didnt even address the literally game breaking bug in Rus / HRE.

How was it a priority to write in a new unique restriction for the Mongol TC instead of just fixing the known speed bug first?!
At this point I think they lost access to their source code or something. Making another layer of crap on the already existing issues…
The underlying speed issue for Superior Mobility remains untouched. A speed adjustment (to what the tooltip actually says) and or moving the tech to feudal would render this arbitrary zone of 20 tiles irrelevant. The game-breaking relic bug persists as well. I expected nothing but these two bugs to be fixed but I was disappointed.
There certainly appears a lack of prioritization from the dev team.
Don’t worry, every yhing was planed and talked, several time now.
