About Thor’s hammer sealing the gate.
This always bothered me.
Did Athena tell him? Was this a bargain he made on the spot?
I think its a reasonable assumption to make, in Egypt Set had to dispose of Osiris to clear the path for Gargerensis and in the norse lands Arkantos had already been told about Loki, so the assumption would be that helping this god, which Loki dealt with, would have a similar outcome to Egypt. That and I suspect its kind of a desperation play, if the gate opens they are screwed anyway so might as well gamble on this hammer for Thor.
