Agreed, the mosque nerf just makes otto useless on no tp maps, witch they already were useless on, I still don’t know about the nizam, how good is it?
Nizam build is incredibly strong, 15 nizams by 5:20. They’re basically caroleans on steroids that get shadow techs
It can be scouted and then countered. But if you don’t scout it you’re basically done.
Yeah that probably could be fixed as @Moonshadow7475 suggested by making it age 3.
It can be scouted, since the ottoman will be gathering food in transition. I am not sure if the nerf will work. It will delay the rush by 20 second, not that much.

I am one of the first to try the 2nd age order structure. I quit later and I’m playing normally. Because he has too many flaws. Wall + skrm + eco. Ez counter. When they find out about this, Aiz will stop playing. Because it will be easily countered. Skmisher 20 ranges. He has 30 attacks. Order 20 range, 20 attacks. Skrmisher has 30 resists, they will only take 14 damage. Also skrmisher is cheaper. 15 Nizams = 2500 wood + 2 cards. Don’t make it that big, janissary has a double attack, that’s all.
Thanks dev to nerfing Ottomans. All we say some little buff for Ottomans and we got age 2 mosque. I dont read anywhere in the forums says taking mosque age 1 to age 2. I wonder why devs think this change? This is totally disappointment for me.
it was already confirmed by a dev that the age 2 mosque is not coming to the live patch.
They probably forgot that there are maps without TP and thought this was a buff (the extra XP trickle rate + the extra 100w start)
Water get nerfed, Schooners now only reduce 30% train time and Whale Oil add 30% rate only
In the current beta for new patch, the carbine cavalry have been buffed, they are now +1 range, faster rate of fire and more damage I believe
I notice that Russian start with 5 food crates now, but buff the train time and cost of villager
cost of villager has been lowered to 260 food
hum…So maybe now 17v + market age-up is the new ideal? I tried 14v and had a lot of idle time. I found it strange but having -100f start explains it.

Regulars fine in my opinion, it’s a strong musk with more range than normal, has a good upgrade card age 3 and the springfield armory techs help buff them a lot too.
What needs a buff is the sharpshooter.

Looks like there are no Aztec changes in the patch. Can I ask for some Aztec mid-game buffs?
Aztecs still loses most of the games if their rush is not succeed (at least it is my observation). Everyone is expecting Aztecs to rush so opponents are usually prepared for the attack.
On the other hand if Aztec player choose a greedy strategy with Warrior Priests boom, it is outboomed by civs with a stronger eco like England, Sweden, Japan, Dutch, Portugal…
There were many threads regarding potential Aztec buffs. Many ideas created by users here (new Temple building with technologies/additional WP in every age-up/speed buff for Jaguar Prowl Knights/buff to Arrow Knights/HP buffs for Coyotes in III age and more).
Can I ask you developers to consider these ideas or makes your own and buffs Aztecs a little bit? This civ is so fun to play but still seems weaker than the others.
A water nerf makes the patch even better in my opinion, because i dont like the water. A Game with action on land is just way more fun then a game where one player is water booming where the other desperately tries to do as much damage as possible.
Do you think the same in this aspect or do you have other opinions about it ?
