Some random map images have not been updated to incorporate newer maps.

  • Plymouth doesn’t include any maps added in the Definitive Edition.
  • Bayou, Carolina, Florida, Great Lakes, Great Plains, New England and Saguenay don’t include Plymouth.
  • Orinoco appears to be missing the label for Caribbean.

Most South American maps were updated last year to include Guianas and Panama (and a new border between Mexico and Yucutan) but North American ones weren’t, including:

  • Andes - Upper (doesn’t match Andes)
  • Baja California
  • Bayou
  • Caribbean
  • Carolina
  • Colorado
  • Florida
  • Great Plains
  • Hispaniola
  • Mexico
  • Ozarks
  • Painted Desert
  • Sonora
  • Texas
  • Yucatan

Also, I’m being really pedantic, but the apostrophes in Thirty Years’ War and Eighty Years’ War don’t match - one is straight and the other is curly.

Now that I think about it, Plymouth is in the wrong spot, isn’t it? The distorted map makes it confusing, but I’m pretty sure the highlighted area is Nova Scotia. Plymouth should actually be the bit that juts out just below the border of New England and Carolina. Carolina and New England are too high up. There should be another region, like Labrador, north of them in Canada.

Adding Labrador would be a good opportunity to add the Inuit as a native settlement.
