Sometimes missing commands of the command panel

Commands of the command panel sometimes don’t appear even I’m selecting my unit. He don’t get a order via command panel if that situation (even by hotkeys). Commands appear if I reselected.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Select your unit (high apm or high cpu usage may bring that bug. I got it when doing 1v1 against a extreme 105% AI (about 30 min))

Commands appear in command panel.

I have also been experiencing this bug often multiple times per game. At first I thought maybe I was just selecting a herdable along with my other units and that was causing the issue but have since verified that this happens a fair amount even if I am only selecting a single villager. Build ID : 13720908 and also running steam on windows 10

I’ve also ran into this problem multiple times. In my case I’ve noticed that my TC has lost all functionality.

Around 03:15 and 04:45 set gather point hotkey was not working (for blue).
