On Siberia, as China vs Lakota, no hunts spawned in TC range at spawn. It spawned in sight of the TC for my opponent

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start a game on Siberia 1v1(as China at least)
  2. Spawn south
  3. Notice that at best the first hunt (and only one close to TC) is at the sight limit or even outside the sight of the TC

I saw the bug happens even vs AI

The first hunt (at least, if not the first 2) should spawn in range of the town center

I tested this a little bit, and this issue seems to happen very frequently (+90%) to both sides of the map and to every civ in the game, regardless of the team size.
High-level 1v1 against Japan on this map is now just impossible to win. A quick fix is needed!

This bug is annoying as hell. Resigning atm every time I get this map
