Mostly Soviet Union Civs added since DE:

Cumans (Uzbekistan de facto Soviet Union)
Tatars (Turkmenistan de facto Soviet Union)
Poles (Poland SSR)
Bohemians (Czechoslovak SSR)
Lithuanians (Lithuania SSR)
Armenians (Armenia de facto Soviet Union)
Georgians (Georgia de facto Soviet Union)
Bulgarians (Bukgaria most loyal satelite state of Soviet Union)

Deserve an event where you have to play as a Soviet civilization (one of the above) to unlock a reward.

I believe there are some mods to play with the US. There have even been some ‘joke’ posts crafting a United States civ. If there is joke enthusiasm for a United States civ, why not joke enthusiasm for the USSR?

Note: I find both concepts ridiculous but whatever.
