Spaceship and titan dont respond to the order to move when they are attacking

Issue:

spaceship and titan dont respond to the order to move when they are attacking

Trigger Event:

since release of the game

Repro Steps:

  1. select titan or spaceships
  2. allow to attack enemies consecutively
  3. order the said unit to move
  4. see how they dont respond and keep attacking, they cant interrupt what they are doing

lack the video of titan doing the bug but it has happened a lot of times same repro steps
