- Kingdoms of Spain: Each age up you can ally with one of the five Kingdoms of Spain at the Landmark Town Centre. These kingdoms are Galicia, LeĂłn, Castile, AragĂłn and Catalonia. If you end up using the same Kingdom your King gets extra buffs You may ally with these kingdoms a total of four times.
- Castle of the King: Age ups are researched at the landmark Town Centre each age the Town Centre is upgraded with extra arrow slits and health.
- Defence of the Homeland: Units fighting near Town Centres gain +20% attack speed.
- Expeditionary War Dogs: Conquistadors can train War Dogs—wolves with massively increased armour and attack.

Strengths:
- Many unique units and technologies as well as a unique age up system for increased flexibility and unique strategies.
- Capable of rushing early game with their cheap Almogavar and War Dog units.
- Strong defence with the possibility of early keeps and powerful stone walls.
Weaknesses:
- Cannot build Landmarks and instead upgrade the Landmark Town Centre.
- Expensive Hacienda make for a tough farming transition.
- Only a single landmark with lots of health to destroy.
Town Centre Upgrades:
Galicia:
- St. Martin’s Basilica (II): The Landmark Town Centre now acts as a basilica with a larger influence zone and more nuns.
- Cathedral of Santiago (III): The Landmark Town Centre now acts as a monastery and all religious buildings are consecrated meaning they work +30% faster and relics generate more gold along with granting three unique technologies.
- Monterrey Castle (IV): Stone walls gain +50% health and the Landmark Town Centre gains springald and bombard emplacements.
LeĂłn:
- Crypt of the Devil (II): Grants all tier-one economic upgrades as well as making haciendas cost -20% wood.
- Church of San Marcelo (III): The Landmark Town Centre can now hold 5 relics and can also train monks. Monasteries cost -30% wood.
- Guzmanes Palace (IV): Allows the Landmark Town Centre to work +50% faster and all houses within the influence of the Landmark Town Centre support 15 population.
Castile:
- Castle of Castilnovo (II): Stone walls and keeps cost -30% stone. Keeps can be made an age earlier but are significantly weaker until you reach the castle age.
- Tower of Mendoza (III): Stone walls near keeps, outposts or watchtowers gain +50% health. Keeps, outposts or watchtowers built near walls are cost -20% resources.
- Castle of Manzanares (IV): The Landmark Town Centre acts as a keep that periodically spawns sheep that carry extra food.
AragĂłn:
- Monastery of Piedra (II): The Landmark Town Centre now spawns Ponds within its influence increasing the farming rate of all farms near Ponds by +20%. This buff increases by +10% with every subsequent age.
- Peracense Castle (III): All keeps now gain +100 siege armour and can train all Feudal and Castle age military units.
- Cathedral of the Pillar (IV): Monasteries and basilica gain +50% health and all technologies available in these buildings cost -50% gold.
Catalonia:
- Salvana Tower (II): +50% LoS to the Landmark Town Centre and adds even more extra arrow slits and health. Watchtowers gain extra LoS, damage and health.
- Abbey of Montserrat (III): Unlocks the unique abbey building that can train abbots. The Landmark Town Centre gains the ability to spawn one abbot every 3 minutes.
- Walls of Tossa de Mar (IV): The Landmark Town Centre gains even more extra hit points and unlocks a unique wall called the Wall of Tosa. These walls have +100% health and stone towers built on these walls have +50% health.
Kings:
- Galician King: The Galician King has two nuns following it and can heal other units as well.
- LeĂłnese King: The Leonese King can Inspire nearby villagers to work +30% faster.
- Castilian King: Nearby infantry can build stone walls at -30% cost and can build keeps at -20% cost.
- AragĂłnese King: The Aragonese King can Sanctify all religious buildings making them work +50% faster and generate +20% more gold.
- Catalonian King: Defensive buildings near the Catalonian King gain +30% hit points and have +20% attack speed.
Note: All percentages and bonuses increase with each age up and more kings of the same kingdom can be earned.
Influence Mechanic:
The Landmark Town Centre emits a massive influence zone that can be spread with unique buildings gained through the town centre upgrades, unique buildings from Kings or other town centres. The influence zone increases with each age.
Unique Units:
- War Dog (II): Wolves with low armour but incredibly fast movement speed along with a very fast attack speed. Gains +30% movement speed after attacking an enemy. Good at chasing down fleeing enemies. (Town Centre and outpost)
- Nun (II): Nuns are monks who can only stay within the influence of basilica and can heal at nearly double the speed of monks. Requires the St. Martin’s Basilica Landmark. (Untrainable, spawns around basilica automatically and takes no population space)
- Almogavars (II): Incredibly cheap and fast Feudal light infantry that replaces the spearman that dual wields javelins and have incredibly fast attack speed. (Barracks)
- Caballero (III): Strong heavy cavalry with faster movement speed and more health than the knight it replaces. (Stables)
- Abbot (III): Abbots are monks that allow nearby monks to heal at +100% speed.
- Inquisitor (III): Inquisitors are monks that can attack other monks. Units near monks defeated by inquisitors take a large amount of damage.
- Conquistador (IV): Light-ranged cavalry that can train War Dogs. Armed with a sharp sword that can be used in close quarters. Replaces the hand cannoneer. (Archery Range)
Unique Technologies:
- Andalusian Haciendas (II): Hacienda slowly trickle gold while being worked but only a very small amount.(Hacienda)
- Spanish Pike (II): Almogavars are armed with pikes and deal +50% damage to cavalry while also slowing enemies they attack down. (Barracks)
- Olive Wood Reinforcements (III): Acts as a third warship health increase tech with a bonus of +10% damage. (Dock)
- Dog Armour (III): Grants +50% melee and ranged armour to war dogs and makes them run +20% faster. (Town Centre)
- Saint James’ Blessing (III): All religious units heal faster, convert faster and move faster. Requires the Cathedral of Santiago landmark. (Monastery/basilica)
- Relic of Saint Theodorus (III): If a monastery or basilica has three relics it generates gold as if it had four relics. Cathedral of Santiago landmark. (Monastery/basilica)
- Relic of Saint Athanasius (III): Monasteries cost -20% wood. Cathedral of Santiago landmark. (Monastery/basilica)
- Toledo Steel (IV): Replaces the Elite Army Tactics technology at the University and grants +25% increased damage and hit points. (University)
Unique Buildings:
- Hacienda (II): Hacienda are much more expensive than the farm they replace, however, up to five villagers can gather from this building at once. Hacienda can swap to wine making, this lowers the food production of the hacienda but unlocks a fifth resource that can be traded for gold at the market or used to train military units. Wine is slowly generated based on how many villagers are working at the Hacienda.
- Palace (II): Replaces the Town Centre (Town Centre was used previously to avoid confusion). Kings can build this and it can instantly levy units with a large cost of wine.
- Watchtower (II): Replaces the outpost and has arrow slits automatically researched as well as having springald emplacements in the Feudal Age.
- Basilica (II): Has a small amount of nuns patrolling an area around the basilica. Nuns cannot leave the zone but heal much faster than monks. Requires the St. Martin’s Basilica Landmark.
- Early Keep (II): Significantly weaker keep available in the Feudal Age that requires the Castle of Castilnovo Landmark. The early keep is automatically upgraded to a normal keep once you age up to the Castle Age.
- Abbey (III): Monastery that can only train abbots. Only five abbots can exist at any given time. Nearby monasteries are absorbed into the abbey and these abbeys now work +50% faster and can train monks that heal +50% faster.
- Wall of Tossa (IV): Acts as a wall with +100% health, stone towers on these walls have +50% health and also +100 siege armour.
