I have done all dynasties and studied everything, but I cannot get the mastery step that requires to study the Way of the Spirit technologies.

As long as your game is fully up-to-date there’s no reason this one shouldn’t complete if meeting all the reqs. I’d recommend contacting support with your warnings.log file. Thanks!
