That is probably a bug. It doesn’t show on it. but it actually has that effect. Mongolia also has this problem, khan’s arrow upgrade says it will extend those arrow skills for another 5s and 2 attack distance, but it wont show on khan’s skill menu after upgraded, however arrow skills does last 5s more.
