Steam family share AOE2 DE enhanced graphics dlc not working

So does the enhanced graphics dlc work on family share or not?
right clicking the AOE in the library and select properties just doesn’t have the DLC tab.
Anyone has a solution to that?

It seems no one has any clue on this issue? The DLC tab is just missing under properties of the AOE 2 DE, as shown in the attached img.
Steam FAQ says DLC should be working on borrower’s account if he/she has no base game, so this must be a DLC bug.

My brother bought the game, but he didnt like it. I decided to give it a try but cannot get the Enhanced Graphic to work on my family shared account. If there is no solution to this, I guess both of us are just gonna abandon this game altogether then :frowning:

Same issue… it doesn’t seem to be a high priority to fix.

So, any solutions? i cant play on my 4k monitor without that patch, it shows a big zoom out and cant.
