Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. The campaigns are way too difficult on the Story difficulty level, which should be a level where you can enjoy the game’s story and have an easy gameplay experience. Now, playing is often impossibly hard as the enemy multiplies at a terrifying rate and is sometimes very aggressive and destructive. There’s hardly any difference between the Story and Standard difficulty levels. Additionally, even though I selected Story difficulty in the campaign, when I save the game, it shows that the AI is on Standard level and even the game speed is set to Casual, despite having chosen Slow, etc.

This has already been fixed. I forgot to update the information. However, the game speed on the Xbox version often doesn’t work properly; even if you select ‘Slow,’ it still stays on ‘Casual.’

How can you say I can’t complete the campaign on ‘Standard’? I’m already playing on ‘Moderate.’ Of course, I didn’t try the harder difficulties back then because even the easiest one was really hard before the fix, and it was harder than ‘Moderate’ is now. And what you’re saying is nonsense; even you could play it since you can connect a mouse and keyboard to the Xbox if you can’t use a controller.

I play campaigns on Hard, on PC, but everyone is entitled to use all the options available to them.

If OP wanted to game on Easy, on console, its up to them

Games are for fun. Not everyone enjoys the things you enjoy
