Stronghold (Celt UT) has incorrect stats

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Castles and Towers are supposed to have 1.34 rate of fire instead of 1.50 (which was 25% before the update 81058)

(2-1.5)/1.5 ≈ 33%. This is the right result.
