Stuck on FIRST LOADING GAME screen - direct after launch game from XBOX App

Dear all, I would very appreciate your help, I already tried reinstal the game. PC performance should not be a problem, doesn´t have many experiances with X-BOX PC App, more Rockstar or Ubisoft fan.

Anybody same experience? !!! THANK YOU !!!

  3. Asking from Windows - Answer YES - Permision making changes in my device
    C:/windows/system32/custominstallexec.exe / install Microsoft. MSGPBoston_100.13.38085.0_64x_8wekyb3d8bbwe
    4.stuck by loading screen

MY PC: Win10, 16GB RAM, i7-4790K CPU 4.00GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
all win and drivers updates

Thanks Maxy, but still not solved.
There is this C:/WINDOWS/system32/custominstallexec.exe
install Microsoft.MSGPBoston_100.13.38085.0_x64-8wekyb3d8bbwe
wich pop-up by everystart of the game and is in 0,1s installed, also tried admin launch, shut-down firewall and antivir, have no idea more
