Stuck on "Waiting for other players"

Whenever I try to Quick search a 1v1 game in ranked, I get stuck on the “Waiting for other players” screen. I just wait forever and have to exit the program.

:arrow_forward: FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

:point_down: How often does the issue occur? CHOSE ONE; DELETE THE REST!

  • 50% of the time / matches I play (FREQUENTLY)
    This has happened 5 out of my last 6 attempts.

:point_down: List CLEAR and DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue ourselves… Be descriptive!

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Que up a 1v1 Quicksearch in ranked. I choose Portuguese as my team.
  2. Wait for the “Waiting for other players” screen to pop up.
  3. Wait forever as nobody else is ever added.

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
I would have got to play a game.

i just reported it again today

It happened to me once yesterday too. In ranked 1 vs 1 Supremacy.
I needed to kill the game because there was no other option to exit.

Thanks for reporting this again. We could not repro the issue, but we will reopen the ticket just in case.

Yup, I can attest as well that this is happening again. I wonder if it is something with our specific systems, because I was also one of the people who had trouble the first time.

how many times did you try?
you have to play around 3 ranked games and then keep searching
it happens all the time
maybe only from north america to europe game i dont know
