This, with photo mode, would make aoe3 the game with better screenshots in all of the saga
I think they should give the death animation of American sharpshooters to all units. Actually the pikemen (i don’t remember their name) from the Ethiopian have already this animation but I would like it to be applied to all units.
Because currently Musketeers and Crossbowmen only have 3 different death animations, and Pikemen and Halberdiers only have one.
I think it could bring something new, a bit like the figureheads on the liners
That first one makes me think of Caribbean colonies for some reason.
Please, let me know, this beta have is such “wooden walls”??? My love beta buidings StarFort and Walls and Outpost 1th level
Another some interesting screenshoot:
Very beautifull Night
Beautifull Fog
Beautifull Swamps
I agree with everything…
For this image…
Yes, I remember that beta…
Yes, we want cycle day and night and fog…
You also played in beta? Or just think of it? I know that the E3 version have it “walls”, but NO have it “thatch Outpost”, there was a texture (at the 1th level) included in the release.
Yes, I even had the disc, although it was more like an alpha with the British TC against Spanish and various ages (I said that I was about 9 ages but it was because I didn’t know how to differentiate the Roman numerals above the V xd)… I remember play it in 2004…
WOW if in the 2004. But where did you get the disc, if this version was only for ES developers. Well, I have a rare early trailer, you know it interface?
oh i remember this, spoilers, the minimap ring is still there in the UI files, this exact one
Great examples.
How I’d love too see an Imperial Age sea battle with iron behemoths chugging along with a smoke bellowing out!
My second-uncle gave it to me in his day…he burned games inside cds and since he knew that I liked human history since 2001, he gave me a demo and told me that it was a game called age of empires 3 I tried it, the Spanish destroyed me, but I liked it and I bought it when it came out in 2005… the rest is history…
Thanks for this reminder that our community (and devs) can be awesome.
