Issue:
I am experiencing really noticeable stutters at a regular interval (~1s), on the steam deck (stock settings).
It happens especially during the York campaign. It can be most noticed when moving the camera or rotating in circles.

(what was happening at the time of the issue. this could be an action you or another player took right before the issue started)
Repro Steps:
- Play the York campaign and move around
