Subscribed mod list : loose scroll position

When an action is made to a mod (deletion, change list order) in the list of downloaded mod, the window always go to the top of the list wich force to scroll down each time.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Got to list of subscribed mod
2. scroll down a little bit
3. Do an action to the moc (except enable/disable)
4. The window will go at the top of the list

Nothing stay at the current scroll position
