In fast games, sometimes your ovoo is depleted but because the alert pop up is temporary, you may miss it.
The pop up is a great idea, but i think a red ! above the ressources (like golden age), or near the stone stockpile may be a good way to say “hey look, you don’t have an ovoo, you forgot”
The Ovoo is a main part the mongol and GH civs, but these civs are played agressive, you often have 2 groups or cavalry of anything to harass the oppenent base from 2 sides, you may defend counter harass because you don’t have any wall etc. so it’s quite easy to miss if it pops at the wrong time.
