If german mining families and a few conquistadors of german ancestry is enough to justify Colombia and Argentina revolutions, then Austrian control of Transylvania and large Székely population should be enough to justify Romania being available to the Germans.

Czechs, Romanians and Hungarians should be a revolutionary option for Austria in the future. Hungary should even have equality mechanics with Austria, as it happened in the second half of the 19th century in the real world.
