[Suggestion] If the Outpost is self-destroyed while having x% of health (90% health for example), it gives part of the wood cost back (150/200 wood)

So i propose this idea because outpost isn’t really seen as a structure for defensive use because of the high cost of the wood, especially early games.
This change wouldn’t alter anything early but when resources get scarce and you venture outside with your villagers, you need to be extra careful for raid. Even with those consideration, i haven’t seen much use of this building so with this suggestion, as it gives res back upon being destroyed, so you don’t need to spend 250 wood everytime, you might consider it.
