[Suggestion] Small benefit to pick for each match

Would it be a good idea to allow a small benefit that each player can pick to start with a match?
This could allow a little bit difference even with mirror civ.
Also people could have an impression how the enemy would play the game.

For example:

  • Add one more straggler tree around TC
  • One extra sheep spawn under TC
  • Reveal the closest deer + boar patch
  • Spawn straggler trees exactly nearly your TC
  • Spawn gold + tree closer
  • Spawn gold + stone closer
  • Spawn gold at the back
  • Spawn relic 10 tiles closer to you
  • All resource spawn 2 tiles closer to your main TC
  • Sound effect (just like English) when enemy is approached
  • Extra 10 tiles are already explored around TC, reveal all sheeps in explored area.
  • First house, lumber camp, mining camp build instantly
  • No benefit but higher ELO earnt after winning
