I think a new feature to civ selection would be nice to have. Being able to select random civ but being able to exclude civs from the random picker.
Example, I wanna play any civ exept English, so I pick random and exclude English.
Is that possible to add?

This would be a really cool addition to the game, I do this all the time by using RNG outside of the game and it would be very nice to have it inside of the game. It shouldn’t be difficult to add either.
