Sultans Ascend Achievements not working?

I’ve finished both Byzantines and Japanese Masteries, plus won ton of games with the Byzantines and Japanese on Skirmish, but the “Protecting Constantinople” and “Established Lands” achievements are still at “0% complete”. Mind you, this is with a brand, new, fresh install of the game and the DLC in its latest form, as of 21 November 2023.

Windows Store version (non-steam).

Any input perhaps?

Looks like they do work.
But, they don’t show the progress.
They stay at 0% until you complete them fully and then, they just unlock.

So, it’s their progress bar that is not working, as it seems?
