House of nassau Dutch teamcard market builder for African civs can’t build anything. Doesn’t have any building options.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. play hausa or ethiopia with Dutch teammate
  2. Teammate send house of nassau
  3. Try build soothing with builder

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
Not entirely sure. Either should not provide builder or should be able to build market
