Tech buttons can move when one is researched

When a tech is clicked in a building, the other tech buttons can reorder. Often they shift left to fill the empty space. In the example below, some have shifted right to where the clicked one used to be. It makes it confusing to know which techs are available if you’re used to them being in certain spots.

Click a building with more than one tech available.
Click a tech to research it.
