When in Full Desktop mode the Tech Tree preview does not work when hovering over the Civ Icon

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Change graphics mode to Full Desktop
  2. Launch a game
  3. Hover over the Civ Icon

Tech tree preview should appear.
