Spearman line is showing as unavailable for all civs in the tech tree preview. Happens with all variations of spearman line availability, such as Gurjaras (only spearman), Vikings (pikeman), or Bohemians (halberdier).

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Launch Aoe2 through steam (no mods)
- Start a skirmish with default settings against the AI
- View the spearman line in the tech tree preview
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
Tech tree preview should show the correct availability of the spearman line.
