Text unique technologies Persian and Byzantine (Spanish lenguage)

Issue:

*In the Persian tech tree it is shown in the left description that they have “Boiling Oil” as unique
technology, but in the branches of the technological tree kamandaran is shown as unique technology.

*The Fire Greek don’t show price both in the tech tree and in the game.

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

1. Just check the descriptions and check the play game.

Here is the difference of unique technologies in the descriptions in the Persians (Boiling Oil or Kamandaran?).

Here the lack of price of Greek fire in the Byzantines.

Similarly, malay forced leva displays the kamandaran info in the spanish version.

And there were one more but i cant remember

Maybe they should check all techs are displayes correctly

Both known issues with fixes in the works!
