Texture warping on buildings

Issue:

There is texture warping on buildings and on the burning effects when the building is damaged

Trigger Event:

Nothing unusual, just create the building for the chinese temple and have some buildings be damaged

Repro Steps:

  1. Create the chinese temple
  2. For the warped burning texture effect, damage the building enough to show it
