The multiplayer people just always play but the singleplayer people come back fro the DLC so there is always a jump in player numbers.
Yes, we are 3 who have said so in this thread already
The majority of players don’t care about achievements, so they just play the game..and as singleplayer goes…it’s cavalry/uu spam + trebs + monks most of the time. A player will think “oh, fire lancer, pretty bad, i’ll stick to my cavalry”…but it’s still irrelevant to this DLC, since fire lancers are a unit that does not even belong to the 3k civs. Anyway, it’s got 0.3% attain rate.
The Shu victory has 0.8%, and Liu Bei campaign victory (all 5 scenarios) 0.3% attain rate…somehow this tells me these 2 are connected, aren’t they? Whereas the achievements for blocking 100 attacks with Iron Pagoda and dealing 10k grenade damage have…0.1% attain rate (for Jurchens…and trust me, this one is not bugged in the slightest).
I got it in my first game using Fire Lancers literally a month ago.
Try again.
Achievement gets released on may 6th 2025. On may 15th 2025, a person claims that they got it “literally a month ago”. Alright, a time traveler, a beta tester/developer, a clairvoyant…or…it’s not really the case.
Ok, you’re the one person who masses fire lancer and nothing else the whole game and ended up killing 50 units with the shitty charged attack…most people don’t play like this. You didn’t invalidate anything I said earlier
Yes, I did. The fire lancers have been out since april. Their achievement rate mirrors closely the other things that have been released ten days ago. Therefore, it’s easy to just look at your argument, say “it’s been ten days, it’s not a login bonus” and that basically invalidates the entire thread as far as I’m concerned.
A single victory for a given civ is obviously far more easily achieved in a normal game compared to killing 50 units with the wimpy charged attack of the fire lancer
Or that they have no opinion or just want to see the results.
I think it was a bit of a bad idea to lump those together. Although normally that part of a poll is way smaller. So there are certainly a lot more in that camp than usual.
The more telling thing is if you total up the people that clicked that they liked any of the Three Kingdom civs, it’s barely bigger than the Khitans…and they are the 2nd most popular of the five.
