20 points for one single unlock seems excessive.
Not even mentioning all the other small ones at 5 points and 2 points minimum each.

Go into skirmish and type ‘nova & orion’ 3x then resign and do that repeatedly for the max amount of xp per game and to get home city level points fast.

Oh nice forgot about that cheat
Still takes a ridiculous amount of time to unlock everything. It took me 92 levels to unlock all the Aztec customizations. 
You don’t really need all of them though, just what you like and it’s easy if you copy and paste the cheat takes me like 5 seconds per skirmish.
So what? They are just cosmetics and it’s okay if it takes some time to unlock everything for a civilization. Otherwise there is no ‘prestige’ to having them unlocked.
Nova & Orion is for the lazy!

There’s no prestige anyway if cheats are enabled, nobody other than you even looks at your home city.
Prestige as in you unlocked it yourself by playing your favourite civs a lot. It’s a little token of dedication.
