The Aztec rain god's god power caused a significant drop in frame rate

Issue:

During gameplay, I noticed a severe performance issue related to the Aztec rain god’s giant statue god power. When this god power is used multiple times within the same camera view, the game’s frame rate drops dramatically.
In my case, I used this god power around 9 to 10 times near an enemy Town Center. After a short delay, the frame rate began to fall heavily. Even after all of those statues were completely destroyed, the frame rate in that area around the Town Center remained very low and never recovered.
My normal frame rate is around 80–90 FPS, but after using this god power repeatedly, it dropped to only 20–30 FPS. At the same time, GPU usage also fell significantly.
This seems to suggest that the game may still be processing some lingering effects, objects, or calculations related to the statues even after they have been destroyed.

Trigger Event:

The issue appears to be triggered when the Aztec giant statue god power is cast repeatedly in the same area and within the same camera view, especially near an enemy Town Center. After several uses, the frame rate in that area begins to drop significantly. The performance loss persists even after all of the summoned statues have been completely destroyed.

Repro Steps:

  1. In a skirmish, choose Rain God when upgrading the Aztecs to the fourth age.
  2. During the battle, repeatedly use the statue god power 9-10 times near the enemy town center, forming a circle with the statues.
  3. Wait a while.
  4. Delete all statues.
  5. By moving the camera, the frame rate difference between this area and other areas can be compared.

To reproduce the issue, I set the game speed to the fastest, resources to unlimited, and the map to full visibility. After entering the game and waiting for the enemy forces to grow stronger, I randomly used the god power within the enemy’s building complex, ensuring that a certain number of enemy units were attacked and the statues were gradually destroyed. The game’s frame rate gradually decreased, eventually dropping to around 10 frames per second. The frame rate varied greatly in different areas of the map and was unrelated to the density of units in the scene. Adjusting or lowering the graphics settings did not improve the situation. My initial graphics settings were set to the highest quality with ray tracing.
