The button for mute players on chat doesn't work

I just noticed that the mute button has no effect. I clicked on it to try to mute a player that was spamming taunts at the lobby and nothing happened, the button is merely decorative.

After that I’ve got to an lobby with a friend to double check this, and again the mute button simply didn’t work.

Mute button still only a cosmetic feature on the UI at most recent build (36202).

They could paint flowers on it :rose:

Muted players doesn’t even show in the party now.
