The campaing is broken

Issue:

The AI does not work properly in campaign matches (in any of them). I am playing on Titan difficulty, and the enemies do not attack me even once.

For example, another issue occurs in the “The New Atlantis” campaign. In scenario 3, I am unable to capture some Vaults of Plenty. This happens on any difficulty.
