The Crucible Mastery bug

Issue:

The Crucible Mastery says I completed one of the Mastery goals even though I haven’t played any of the Crucible missions yet and I don’t have any Perks points from that reward as seen below from what I stated.

Trigger Event:

I finished playing a regular Skirmish game against the Ai getting a win and it gave me credit for completing one of The Crucible Mastery goals.

Repro Steps:

I can’t reproduce this it only happened 1 time after playing a number of regular Skirmish games against the Ai.
